親愛的各位部總監，

I am glad to announce that the coach training program held last term will be extended to this term. The program will be planned and executed by Quality Leadership Committee, lead by Harry Fong, DTM, PDG.
我很高興的向大家宣佈上屆的教練式溝通計劃將在本屆延續。這個計劃將在由 方瑞源 教練帶領的「優質領導委員會」下籌劃及辦理相關事宜。

The Committee has set their initial schedule to conduct three basic  "Leadership Enhancement Workshops", one each for north, central and south members. The dates for the Workshop are as follows:
該委員會已擬出前三場北、中、南各一場的基本「優質領導工作坊」日期如下: 

7/20，Sunday, Taipei  星期日，台北
8/31，Sunday, Tainan 星期日，台南
9/20，Saturday, Taichung 星期六，台中 

This workshop is free to members in good standing. Please make yourself and members available to attend the workshop in your area. Currently, the north workshop is open for registration. To enroll, please see attached file for details and the link to registrate.
這個工作坊對有效會員免費。請通知你的轄區內會員踴躍參加。目前北區工作坊已開始報名，報名及詳細消息請參考附檔或上總會網站查詢。

For the time concern, it is urgent for divisions in north, such as Divisions A, C, E, G, H, J and M, to notify your area governors and club presidents to get their club members notified and registrated in time.
