崇她分社代表授權表已開放修改

親愛的社長：

感謝所有參與 2026-2028 年度國際崇她 (Zonta International) 及崇她婦女基金會 (Zonta Foundation for Women) 理事會與國際提名委員會選舉的分社。其餘投票程序將在即將舉行的 2026 年年會中以實體方式進行，因此所有投票代表必須親自出席方可投票。

分社代表授權表 (Club Credentialing Form) 現已開放修改。若貴分社不打算更改代表 (delegate)、候補代表 (alternate) 或代理人 (proxy)，則無需採取任何行動；先前所有的選擇將繼續生效。

若需修改參加溫哥華年會實體投票的代表、候補代表或代理人，截止日期為 5 月 25 日。

注意事項：

• 修改權限： 僅能由分社社長透過「管理分社 (Manage Club)」控制面板完成修改：

  1. 登入您的 My Zonta 個人檔案。

  2. 點擊螢幕頂端的姓名，進入您的個人檔案頁面。

  3. 點擊 「Manage Club」 按鈕。

  4. 點擊 「Club Credentialing Form」 按鈕。

  5. 按照螢幕上的指示操作。

• 重置選項： 請注意，在進行新選擇之前，必須先清除先前的選擇紀錄。

• 不接受郵件申請： 恕不接受透過電子郵件指派或更新代表及代理人資訊。

• 代理限制：

  • 區總監 (District Governors) 及前國際總會長 (Past International Presidents) 最多可擔任 2 個分社的代理人，且總票數不得超過 5 票。此選項可在線上分社授權表中使用，但在指派投票權給他們之前，您必須先取得對方的同意。

  • 各分社最多僅能代理 2 個分社，且總票數不得超過 5 票。

Dear Club President,

Thank you to all our clubs that participated in elections for the 2026-2028 Zonta International and Zonta Foundation for Women Boards and International Nominating Committee. The remainder of voting will occur in person at the upcoming 2026 Convention, so all voting delegates must be present in person to vote.

The club credentialing form is open for changes. If your club is not making changes to your delegate, alternate, or proxy, no action is needed; all previous selections are still in place.

The deadline to complete changes to your delegate(s), alternate(s) or proxy for voting in person at the Vancouver Convention is 25 May.

Please note:

• Changes can only be completed on the ‘manage club’ dashboard by the club president:

1. Log in to your My Zonta profile.
2. Navigate to your profile page by clicking on your name at the top of the screen.
3. Click the 'Manage Club' button.
4. Click the 'Club Credentialing Form' button.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions.
6. Please note that the previous selections must be cleared out before you can make a new selection.

• No emails to assign or update delegate or proxy information will be accepted. 
• District Governors and Past International Presidents are able to carry proxies for up to 2 clubs with a maximum of 5 total votes. This option is available on the online club credentialing form, but you must obtain permission before you assign your vote to them.
• Clubs may only carry proxies for up to 2 clubs with a maximum of 5 total votes.
